New September Movies With Terrifying It And Artistic Goldfinch

September brings back the scariest clown of all time - Pennywise a.k.a It. The second cinematographic chapter of a well-known Stephen King's novel continues with the story of the teenagers from the Losers Club who have to meet again to fight It after twenty-seven years from their first encounter. However, there's another new movie that is also an adaptation from the novel - The Goldfinch - that should be rather of more interest to those who tend to compare book to the movie. The poetic masterpiece by Donna Tartt had a potential to be converted into the movie from the issue of the novel. Let's see how the director John Crowley conveys his vision of the plot into practice.

DRAMA

Plot Synopsis: Theodore 'Theo' Decker (Ansel Elgort) was 13 years old when his mother was killed in a bombing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The tragedy changes the course of his life, sending him on a stirring odyssey of grief and guilt, reinvention and redemption, and even love. Through it all, he holds on to one tangible piece of hope from that terrible day... a painting of a tiny bird chained to its perch. The Goldfinch.

It is 30 years since she shot to global stardom in ‘The Wizard of Oz,' but if her voice has weakened, its dramatic intensity has only grown. As she prepares for the show, battles with management, charms musicians, and reminisces with friends and adoring fans, her wit and warmth shine through.

In her infinite wisdom, Lucy leads her staff including her long-suffering assistants, Freddie and Jess (Jessica Williams), on a corporate team-building caving weekend to New Mexico. When disaster strikes, not even their useless guide, Brandon (Ed Helms), can save them. Trapped underground by a cave-in, this mismatched and disgruntled group must pull together in order to survive.

Plot Synopsis: The film follows a crew of savvy former strip club employees who band together to turn the tables on their Wall Street clients. The film was inspired by the article published by New York Magazine entitled ‘The Hustlers at Scores' written by Jessica Pressler.
