March Film Releases On the Radar


Still effected by the Oscars, probably you are trying to catch up with The Revenant and other Best Picture Nominees. However, the filmmaking industry has no time for reflections, as new releases are always on the way. This March 26 new films are ready to reach the big screens and we think it's about time to present them to you.

Comedy and drama are to prevail in March, also pleasing the fans of action and thriller with 5 new movies of the genre and 2 animation pieces for children.

DRAMA

Like the tarot card of the title, Rick is easily bored and needs outside stimulation. But the Knight of Cups is also an artist, a romantic and an adventurer.

Eye in the Sky Director: Gavin Hood Written by: Guy Hibbert Starring: Helen Mirren, Aaron Paul, Alan Rickman, Barkhad Abdi, Iain Glen, Phoebe Fox Plot Synopsis: Colonel Katherine Powell (Helen Mirren) leads a secret drone mission to capture a terrorist group living in a safehouse in Nairobi, Kenya. When Powell learns that the group plans to carry out a suicide attack, her objective is changed to kill the terrorists. Drone pilot Steve Watts (Aaron Paul) targets the safehouse for destruction but reports a nine-year-old girl entering the kill zone. Powell contacts politicians and lawyers to determine whether or not to take action.

Robert Laing (Tom Hiddleston) is a young doctor seduced by the lifestyle in a high-rise, an isolated community, cut off from the rest of society in their luxury tower block, and its creator, the architect Anthony Royal (Jeremy Irons). Taking up residence on the twenty-fifth floor, Laing discovers a world of complex loyalties, and also strikes up a relationship with Royal's devoted aide Charlotte (Sienna Miller). After Laing befriends Richard Wilder (Luke Evans), a documentary filmmaker relegated to the second floor who is determined to provoke the class injustices inherent in the high-rise, a dangerous social situation develops and the high-rise eventually fragments into violent tribes.

Production is shelved when Chet's past comes back to haunt him and it appears he may never play music again but Jane challenges him to mount a musical comeback against all the odds.

The film chronicles his meteoric rise to fame and its ultimately tragic effect on his health and personal life.
