Dramatic July In Cinema Theatres


If you think that July is all about easy summer days and entertainment, new screen releases would tell you to think twice. Even eleven drama movies await their audience hoping for a deeper emotion than just a laugh or a scary scream. Though comedies, horror movies and action thrillers are also on July list. With the return of Ghostbusters, Star Trek, Tarzan and even the adorable heroes from Ice Age. Take a look and make your preferences:

DRAMA

SWISS ARMY MAN

CAPTAIN FANTASTIC

Director: Meera Menon Written by: Amy Fox Starring: Anna Gunn, James Purefoy, Sarah Megan Thomas, Alysia Reiner, Lee Tergesen, Samuel Roukin Plot Synopsis: Equity tells the story of a top female investment banker fighting to keep her Wall Street firm in the lead as she shepherds the IPO for an emerging tech company and struggles to balance business and ethics in the post-financial crisis world where regulations are tight but aspirations remain high.

INDIGNATION

Director: James Schamus Written by: James Schamus, Philip Roth Starring: Logan Lerman, Sarah Gadon Plot Synopsis: It's 1951, and among the new arrivals at Winesburg College in Ohio are the son of a kosher butcher from New Jersey and the beautiful, brilliant daughter of a prominent alum. For a brief moment, their lives converge in this emotionally soaring film based on the novel by Philip Roth.

TALLULAH

GHOSTBUSTERS
