In the middle of spring a whirlpool of emotions is active as ever. Longing for love, daring for changes, suffering loneliness or trying something new - these are typical spring reactions, which have undergone each and every of us. No wonder that April big screens are also full of sentiments and big feelings. Sixteen new drama films allure their audience to plunge into an imaginary world of what's seems to be so true.

Plot Synopsis: Over the course of one night, a woman (Abbi Jacobson) drives across LA with her heroin addict brother (Dave Franco) in search of a detox center, with his two year old daughter in tow.

Plot Synopsis: In one of the most controversial political cover-ups of the 20th Century, the ‘incident' at Chappaquiddick details Ted Kennedy's (Jason Clarke) life and political career derailing in the aftermath of a fatal car accident in 1969 that claims the life of a young campaign strategist, Mary Jo Kopechne (Kate Mara).

Plot Synopsis: Charley Thompson (Charlie Plummer) is a 15-year-old who has no stability in his life. He wants a home, food on the table and a high school he can attend for more than part of a year. But as the son of a single father working in warehouses finding some stability is hard. Hoping for a new start they move to Portland where Charley takes a summer job, and becomes best friends with a failing racehorse named Lean on Pete.

Plot Synopsis: A small-town nurse named Susette Kelo (Catherine Keener) emerges as the reluctant leader of her working-class neighbors in their struggle to save their homes from political and corporate interests bent on seizing the land and handing it over to Pfizer Corporation. Susette's battle goes all the way to the US Supreme Court and the controversial 5-4 decision in Kelo vs. City of New London gave government officials the power to bulldoze a neighborhood for the benefit of a multibillion-dollar corporation. The decision outraged Americans across the political spectrum, and that passion fueled reforms that helped curb eminent domain abuse.

Plot Synopsis: Marlo (Charlize Theron), a mother of three including a newborn, is gifted a night nanny by her brother (Mark Duplass). Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully (Mackenzie Davis).

When her revered rabbi father dies, Ronit returns home to pay her respects and liquidate her inheritance. Plot Synopsis: In this adaptation of Peter Bognanni's novel, 16-year-old Sebastian (Asa Butterfield) is sheltered and socially awkward, thanks to a life spent studying the teachings of futurist Buckminster Fuller while living in a Fuller-designed geodesic dome in the Minnesota woods with his overprotective grandmother (Ellen Burstyn). After a chance meeting with the green-haired Jared (Alex Wolff), Sebastian is introduced to the world of punk rock, though he soon learns that his new pal, a recent heart transplant patient, has his own reasons to rebel.
