Superheroes Rescue The World in July

A month of football fiesta is finally over and we're off of a tight watching schedule and all fan-like emotions. However, summertime hits its middle point and there's nothing else except the dreams about stretching legs on the beach. Or you're already successfully doing it. So how do you attract your audience to watch a movie in a dull cinema theatre when all other holiday options have a higher rank priority? Make it a month of superheroes with familiar faces, sexy masculinity and brutal action scenarios. And here we go again!

Plot Synopsis: From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

Plot Synopsis: In an action-packed drama reminiscent of ‘80s techno-sci-fi thrillers, Jackie Chan stars as Lin, a police inspector in modern Hong Kong. While tracking down a deranged, mecha-enhanced villain, Lin discovers that a geneticist’s lost bio-chemical invention has been surgically implanted into his missing daughter. With the help of a young hacker, Lin connects the dots between the device that haunts his daughter, his enemy’s sinister army, and a strange cultural phenomenon called 'Bleeding Steel'.

Plot Synopsis: In the midst of an apocalypse, a man (Theo James) travels thousands of miles with his disapproving, ex-military father-in-law (Forest Whitaker) to reach his pregnant wife (Kat Graham).

Plot Synopsis: An American diamond merchant travels to Russia to sell rare blue diamonds of questionable origin. As the deal begins to collapse he falls into an obsessive relationship with a Russian cafe owner in a small Siberian town. As their passion builds, so does the treacherous world of the diamond trade from which he is unable to extricate himself. Both collide as the American man desperately looks for escape in a world with no exit.

Plot Synopsis: Global icon Dwayne Johnson leads the cast as former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader and U.S. war veteran Will Ford, who now assesses security for skyscrapers. On assignment in China he finds the tallest, safest building in the world suddenly ablaze, and he's been framed for it. A wanted man on the run, Will must find those responsible, clear his name and somehow rescue his family who is trapped inside the building…above the fire line.

Plot Synopsis: An underachiever (Brenton Thwaites) working at a major weapons manufacturing firm finds that his co-workers have been “weaponized” by a new energy drink designed for the military. He must then set off to rescue his one true love from an office building full of psychotic coworkers armed with deadly tech.

Plot Synopsis: A veteran spy is sent undercover in Syria in 1989 to smuggle a chemical weapons scientist and his family out of Damascus. Within days of his arrival he realizes he's being followed, his partner doesn't show, his local contact disappears, and a group of men are trying to kill him. It is not long before his routine mission unravels to reveal a string of murderous conspirators. Marked for death and caught in a maddening puzzle, he must race for survival.

Plot Synopsis: Denzel Washington returns to one of his signature roles in the first sequel of his career. Robert McCall serves an unflinching justice for the exploited and oppressed - but how far will he go when that is someone he loves?

Plot Synopsis: The best intentions often come back to haunt you. Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) are in a race against time after a mission gone wrong. Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.
