So get in the mood with a help of new horror movies, which surprisingly are only a few this October but still refer to the scariest fest of the year. Have no sentiments for horror? GOOSEBUMPS 2: HAUNTED HALLOWEEN

Plot Synopsis: Halloween comes to life in a brand-new comedy adventure based on R.L. Stine’s 400-million-selling series of books. The sequel revolves around three friends who must stop Slappy The Dummy from starting the Halloween apocalypse.

HALLOWEEN

Plot Synopsis: Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

MALICIOUS

Plot Synopsis: When a young college professor Adam (Josh Stewart) and his pregnant wife Lisa (Bojana Novakovic) suffer a traumatic event, they find themselves along with Lisa's sister Becky (Melissa Bolona) haunted - and connected - to a malicious entity. It is only when Adam calls upon Dr. Clark (Delroy Lindo), a professor of parapsychology at the university, that the true horror of what they have encountered becomes clear.

6-HEADED SHARK ATTACK

Plot Synopsis: What is supposed to be a marriage boot camp on a remote island turns into the ultimate test for survival when a 6-headed shark starts attacking the beach. Trapped with minimal weapons they try to fight off the shark, but quickly discover that no one is safe in the water or on land.

Plot Synopsis: After getting fired by her scheming husband Shane Danger (Emile Hirsch) from his cappuccino shop, dissatisfied Lulu Danger (Aubrey Plaza) is stunned when a TV commercial for 'An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn For One Magical Night Only' reveals a mysterious man from her past (Craig Robinson). When Shane and his bumbling cohorts steal the cashbox from Lulu’s adopted vegan brother Adjay (Sam Dissanayake), specialist Colin (Jemaine Clement) enters the fray to retrieve the stolen funds. But Lulu seizes the opportunity to run off in search of her mystery man - and events only become stranger from there.
