BAFTA awards has honored female cinematographers in full scale. In addition to Chloé Zhao, Emerald Fennell's Promising Young Woman became the outstanding British film and won the award for the original screenplay. Meanwhile Anthony Hopkins stood out as the oldest actor (83) to receive BAFTA's best actor award for his role of a senior man with an accelerating dementia in The Father.
